The Olin Library/Knowledge Lab is located in a facility of roughly 10,000 square feet on the first and lower floors of Milas Hall. It is conveniently located off of the main lobby, close to Admission, Information Technology and faculty offices. It offers a variety of attractive spaces for study and research-including 5 small group study rooms for group projects.
The first floor provides two workstations, a copier/printer/scanner, space for consulting with staff, open study space and five group study rooms. It also houses current Reserves, and the Art, Design, Photography, Crafts, and Pedagogy print collections.
The lower level includes two additional workstations, a microfilm/fiche reader/scanner, individual study carrels, an attractive area for browsing our interdisciplinary collection of journals and magazines, and ample space for the rest of our collection of printed books.
Workstations on both levels provide access to our virtual collections and to the tools available on the Olin network. Wireless access is available on both levels for members of the Olin community.
